Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Ansygo (the «Service») is provided by Maksym Shcherbakov, individual entrepreneur, Dnipro, Ukraine («we», «us»). For any question about the processing of personal data, contact us at ansygoinfo@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

Account data: name, email address, login, role within the portal, interface language, avatar.

Business data you enter yourself: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, messages, files and documents.

Technical data: service access logs, IP address, browser and device information — used for security and diagnostics.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Google Docs and Google Drive integration

This feature is optional. If the portal administrator has enabled it and you have connected your Google account, the Service can open documents stored in your portal for editing in Google Docs.

The access we request. We use the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. It grants access only to files that the Service itself creates on your Google Drive. The rest of your Drive — your other files and folders — remains invisible and inaccessible to us.

What happens when you edit a document.A copy of the document is uploaded from the portal to your Google Drive and converted to Google Docs format. You edit that copy in Google's interface. When you choose «Save to CRM», the Service exports the result, stores it as a new version of the document in the portal, and then deletes the copy it created on your Google Drive. If you never save, the copy is deleted automatically after a limited period.

What we store. Access tokens for your Google account are stored on our servers in encrypted form and are used solely for the operations described above. We do not store or analyse the content of your Google documents: it passes through the Service only at the moment a file is uploaded or exported.

What we do not do. We do not use data obtained through Google APIs for advertising, we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.

Ansygo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access. You can disconnect at any time: in the portal settings via the «Disconnect Google» button, or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is revoked, the stored tokens are deleted.

4. Who we share data with (subprocessors)

Google LLC — Google Drive and Google Docs services, only when the feature described in section 3 is used.

Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting and data storage, Germany.

Resend — delivery of transactional email (invitations, password recovery).

5. Retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your portal account is active. Backup copies are kept for a limited period and destroyed on schedule. To delete your account or request deletion of your data, write to ansygoinfo@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Send such requests to ansygoinfo@gmail.com; we respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

Data in transit is protected by encryption (HTTPS). Passwords and access tokens are stored encrypted. Employee access to customer data is restricted and logged.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at https://ansygo.app/privacy, with the effective date shown at the top of the page.
